Abilene, Amarillo, Bandera County, Beaumont, Brazoria County, Brownwood, Corpus Christi, Del Rio, Dumas, Galveston, Granbury, Greater Denton/Wise County, Greater El Paso, Greater Metro West, Greater Texoma, Greater Tyler, Harlingen, Henderson County, Highland Lakes, Johnson County, Kerrville, Laredo, Longview Area, Lubbock, Lufkin, Nacogdoches County, Palestine, Pampa, Paris, Permian Basin, Rockport Area San Angelo, San Patricio County, South Padre Island, Temple-Belton, Uvalde, Victoria, Waco, and Wichita Falls

To obtain the Local Triple Crown Award, local associations must be onboard the PAC Management System and meet the following criteria:

  1. Meet or exceed the local’s share of its state’s national RPAC fundraising goal
  2. Meet or exceed local’s participation criteria

The following advocacy and RPAC goals must be met for a local association to qualify for the Local President’s Cup:

  1. Achieve at least an average response rate of 20% on NAR calls for action
  2. Meet or exceed local’s share of its state’s national RPAC fundraising goal
  3. Meet or exceed 37% participation
